The base of our managed IT support is underpinned by the software that we use to monitor your network. We will install a probe and agents on your network that will constantly relay system information back to us. This will allow us to pro-actively monitor, and in most cases, foresee issues before they have an impact on your business.

 

We monitor your servers and workstations for a range of variables, including CPU usage, disk space, network connectivity and service status. We can also provide you with a service desk function, allowing your users to call or email us with issues at any time*.
