Our standard business hours are 8am – 6pm.
If your business has a requirement for extended support hours, or even 24×7×365 support, this can be arrange on a per business basis.
Although the majority of our monitoring and problem resolution can be done remotely, we do like to attend site when possible. We enjoy the customer service side of the job and like to get to know the people we’re supporting.
On-site visits can be arranged at a schedule that suits your business requirements and we will be popping in for any serious issues that need an on-site presence.
We will work with you on-site for the on-boarding process. We have a couple things to install on your workstations and servers so that we can monitor their vitals. Once everything is reporting back to us, we will get on with fixing any outstanding issues as quickly as a we can. We will then move onto proactively monitoring your infrastructure, resolving the majority of issues before they have an impact on your business.
